(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) Looking for a Assistant Director of Rooms for a 5* luxury hotel. 

About the Role:
As Assistant Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa & Recreation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation.

Responsibility: 
- Responsible for the accommodation department with a focus on reception, ensures smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guest relation, housekeeping and reservation standards.
- Take over management responsibilities and lead the whole reception team. In addition, you are responsible for the deployment of personnel, so you need to make sure there is sufficient and competent personnel to guarantee the satisfaction of the guests.
- Acts as the senior manager in the Rooms Division in the absence of the Director. Assists the Director of Rooms in forecasting and budgeting of revenues and expenses for all departments in the Rooms Division.
- Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolves complaints in person, by phone, or through written message.
- Oversee the daily operations and team of housekeeping and spa departments
- Follow company policies, procedures and service standards.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 Years’ Experience in Operations Rooms and as Department Head.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
